1 General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kxu8 platform and all its services. kxu8 is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and many other gaming services for players in Bangladesh.

By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on kxu8, the user must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any bonuses earned may be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account closure. kxu8 may request documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kxu8 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Every transaction must come from an account registered in the user's own name.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (across all payment methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may increase in cases involving identity verification or other security reviews.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposit or withdrawal requests on behalf of a third party are not accepted. If any suspicious transaction is detected, kxu8 reserves the right to suspend it and review the associated account.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Every user making their first deposit at kxu8 is eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 100% of their first deposit, to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives an additional ৳1,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made while a bonus is active.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Misuse of bonus benefits may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• kxu8 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 Promotional Offers

From time to time kxu8 runs various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer's page. Any promotional terms apply alongside these general terms and conditions.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

kxu8's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits and cashback are determined based on regular play. Detailed terms for VIP rewards are available on the kxu8 portal. kxu8 reserves the right to change VIP program benefits at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities & Fair Play

kxu8 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair play platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception, or any form of manipulation.
• Misusing bonuses or exploiting advantages through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through automated software, bots, or other technical means.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Making deposits using funds connected to any criminal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems or software.

If any such activity is detected, kxu8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the associated account, confiscate the balance, and notify the relevant authorities.

7 Betting Rules & Game Terms

7.1 Betting Limits

kxu8 sets separate minimum and maximum betting limits for different games and betting categories. These limits can be viewed on the relevant game or market page. kxu8 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

7.2 Market Cancellation & Review

If an event is cancelled, suspended, or concluded in a manner outside the rules, the associated market may be deemed void and the stake amount may be refunded. The final decision will be made at kxu8's sole discretion.

7.3 Technical Errors

Any abnormal result caused by a technical error may be cancelled. kxu8 will not be liable for disconnections during play due to software or network issues.

7.4 Sports Betting

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 kxu8's Rights

kxu8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or manipulation.
• Provision of a false identity or incorrect information.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, ensure all active bets are settled and any withdrawable balance is withdrawn.
